Do I need to install any special software on my phone?

All you need is Instagram – the most popular photo-sharing app in the world.

The TAG SNAPS STATION is delivered fully programmed and ready to go.
TAG SNAPS can operate without any assistance for the duration of your event. However, our team members engage with guests, promote use, and keep everything running smoothly.

If you choose to work with ANTI-SOCIAL system it uses your phone’s browser (Safari, Google Chrome etc).
You don’t need anything additional to what you already have.

Do I need to be on a Public Profile?
Yes. It’s simple to temporarily switch your profile to Public for a minute and switch it back if you like to keep things Private.
How long does it take for a photo to be printed?

From post to print it takes less that 30 seconds. Within 30 seconds your guest will have a high-quality photographic print in their hand. Our printers take up to 4 photos a minute, and we can combine printers together to large events. Whatever size you anticipate we can handle.

When it comes to Posters – these take a bit longer – around 1min30seconds per poster. Given the size, the quality, and the imaging, it takes a little bit longer to print the product. However we have not seen a single person who cannot wait; they are still always amazed at how fast the process is from a simple # on Instagram to their own branded poster.

How can I customize Tag Snaps for my specific event?

Everything is customizable. You select the Hashtag you want to use for the event, the prints and station are redesigned and printed with branding for your event, based on your design. You can work with the TAGSNAPS team to customize the print frames and station branding or design it yourself with our easy to use templates.

We custom everything part of the system for your event. No two events are the same.

If you REALLY want a custom event, we even provide designs and set build, everything from the printer housing, media walls, props, sets and more.
If you can imagine it, we can make it.

How BIG is the Tag Snaps Station and where can it go?

The station is 35cm x 35cm x 45cm enclosure (think a small esky).
It will sit comfortably on a table or our stand that we provide.

It’s designed to be placed anywhere, wrapped with your branding, and to fit into your event.

We have also custom built frames for the back of a motorcycle and Vespa, bicycle, and a whole bunch of other installations. There are some other options if you have a particular vision in mind.

Do I need to provide anything on the day?

All stations require a 240v 10A power supply (normal household supply).
We bring everything else, including our own Telstra 4G internet connection. If you think you’ll have problems let us know and we can come up with solutions –

Although, if you’re having an off-site activation, party or wedding, we can even have our own generator – so we are not limited to power…

Can I set it up myself?
Sure! We will show you a few steps then just plug it in and turn it on. The printer is supplied with simple instructions and we are always on call if you have any problems. All stations require a 240V 10A power supply (normal household supply) and to be located in an area with phone reception.
Are you fully insured?
Yes, we are. We carry a $20million general and product protection so while we don’t think anything would happen it’s nice to know we are covered. Our team takes safety seriously – SWMS and leads testing and inspection a part of our standard operating procedures – we do not take any chances with you, your guests, and our own safety.
