Partnerships

Are you fully insured?

Yes, we are. We carry a $20million general and product protection so while we don’t think anything would happen it’s nice to know we are covered. Our team takes safety seriously – Covid Safe, SWMS and leads testing and inspection a part of our standard operating procedures – we do not take any chances with you, your guests, and our own safety.

How long in advance do I need to book Tag Snaps for my event?

In a perfect world, you'd give us confirmation at least 2 weeks prior to your event. This allows us to make sure we have everything we need to have our system run smoothly on the day.

However, we've been in events long enough to know that things sometimes don't go to plan! So get in touch with us, even if your event is tomorrow, and we'll do our best to see what we can do to help.

How long does it take for a photo to be printed?

From post to print it takes less that 30 seconds. Within 30 seconds your guest will have a high-quality photographic print in their hand. Our printers print up to 4 photos a minute, and we can combine printers together at large events to keep them firing out to meet the demand! Whatever size you anticipate we can handle.

When it comes to Posters – these take a bit longer – around 1min30seconds per poster. Given the size, the quality, and the imaging, it takes a little bit longer to print the product. However we have not seen a single person who cannot wait; they are still always amazed at how fast the process is from a simple # on Instagram to their own branded poster.

How much does Tag Snaps cost?

All stations require a 240V 10A power supply (normal household supply) and to be located in an area with phone reception. We are fairly weather-proof, but heavy wind and rain can cause problems - so better to check in with us if you have any concerns.

Do I need to install any special software on my phone?

While we maximise the use of personal devices to enable fast sharing of content no special software is required by your guests. Our technology is based off the browser on their phone (Chrome, Safari etc) or SMS.

Some of our more advanced Snaps Bot integrations require Facebook Messenger or Whatsapp but with over a billion users worldwide your guests likely already have it installed on their phone.

Do I need to be on a Public Profile for hashtag printing?

Yes, when using Instagram to print your photos via a hashtag your profile needs to be public. It’s simple to temporarily switch your profile to Public for a minute and switch it back if you like to keep things Private. If you are looking for an alternative option our Snaps Bot can source photos from Facebook Messenger or Whatsapp while keeping everything private.

We bring everything else, including our own Telstra 4G internet connection. If you think you’ll have problems with reception let us know and we can come up with solutions.

If you’re having an off-site activation, party or wedding, and have no access to power, don't fret! We have our own lithium battery power supply – Let us know in advance and we can make sure you're powered all event long.

How BIG is the Tag Snaps Station and where can it go?

The Snaps Booth or Snaps Printer are made with a casing that measures 35cm x 35cm x 45cm (think a small esky).
It will sit comfortably on a table or our stand that we provide.

It’s designed to be placed anywhere, wrapped with your branding, and to fit into your event.

We have also built custom frames for the back of a motorcycle, in a billboard and a whole bunch of other installations. There are some other options if you have a particular vision in mind.
